EcomBlaster helps businesses send voicemail campaigns to their own customers in the USA and Canada. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details, store connection credentials, customer contact data you import or sync, campaign messages, generated audio, delivery results, discount code/order ROI data, billing metadata, and product analytics.

How we use it

We use it to run your campaigns, generate audio, schedule sends, deliver through our voicemail provider, process prepaid credits through Stripe, send transactional email through Resend, and show campaign results.

Your responsibilities

You must have permission to contact the people you upload or sync. Honor opt-outs, suppression lists, DNC rules, and applicable calling/texting laws.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the product, such as Drop for voicemail delivery, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and your connected store platform.
